Exchange Policy
- You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your saree.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the saree must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging and cover
- In the same condition as delivered
- We currently do not provide a pickup facility. Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the shipping costs for sending the saree back to us.
Return & Refund Policy
- Refunds are offered only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- For a return request to be valid, you must provide a complete unboxing video of the parcel (from the beginning of opening until the product is fully unwrapped). This helps us verify claims of damage or defects.
- If your return is approved, you will receive a refund within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned product.
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Important Notes
- Color variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or device display settings. Such differences will not be considered defects and are not eligible for returns/refunds.
- Exchange/return requests made after the specified period will not be accepted.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customized, altered, or sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
