At Thelavi’s, we take utmost care in delivering your sarees on time and in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping & Return Policy to understand how we handle deliveries and returns.


Shipping & Delivery – India

  • Thelavi’s ships to all serviceable pin codes across India.
  • We have partnered with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

Order Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • In case of delays (due to stock, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances), we will inform you via email or WhatsApp.

Order Delivery

  • Metro Cities: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, strikes, or operational issues beyond our control.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
  • Delivery timelines: 5–10 working days from order date.
  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance in your country.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable in their country.
  • Orders returned due to unpaid duties will not qualify for a refund of shipping charges.

Shipping Charges

  • Within India:
    • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
    • A flat ₹150 charge applies for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • International Orders:
    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination.
    • Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Import/customs duties must be paid by the recipient.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your saree! However, returns are accepted only in specific cases:

  • Return Eligibility:
    • Returns are allowed only for defective or damaged products.
    • A full unboxing video (from start to end) is required as proof.
    • Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
    • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exclusions:
    • Color variations due to photography or screen settings are not considered defects.
    • Customized, altered, or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers must arrange and bear the shipping cost for sending the product back.
  • Once approved, the replacement saree will be dispatched.
